Write the WikiWord, preview or save the page, click the blue question mark at the end of the WíkiWord?, write, save. You created a new wiki-page.
Please, do not create shallow pages just for testing on this wiki. You can do that on the en-eArt-sand-wiki. It was created for that purpose.
